Balancing the conflict of choice and responsibility

This article was written for the April 2021 edition of Care Home Environment Magazine and is a follow on piece to the article I wrote in September 2020. In it I reflect upon the current challenges that are faced by care services and focus on, and suggest some solutions to, how to balance personal choice with the wider imperative of honouring collective responsibility.
